MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDERS
We are a special and unique organization that is based on supporting, recognizing and building relationships with others. This is what we do in the Spirit of A Dove Movement! Our thanks go out to everyone who touched and agreed with the vision of Spirit of A Dove and we appreciate your time, your talents and your thoughts. This has allowed us to bring this annual celebration together, this being our 7th annual Spirit Of A Dove Awards is a testimony of our commitment to serve. We are, Dr. Paul Reginald Siles, (known as “Reggie”) and Sharon Siles, Founders of Spirit of A Dove Association.
Dr Reggie Siles is a Musician, Teacher, Public Speaker, Business Consultant, Travel Agency Owner, Author, Networking Promoter, Husband of 34 years, Father of 3 and Grandfather of 3, who has contributed his legacy to building and connecting strong relationships throughout his career so that people in all professions, vocations and mind-sets could understand that true networking begins with each one of us.​
Sharon Siles is a Registered Nurse, Professional Editor, Counselor, Wedding/Party planner, Travel Agency Owner, Handbag Collection Consultant/Retailer, Wife of 35 years, Mother of 3, and Grandmother of 3. Her passion and discernment for understanding and helping people has been her true calling and worldwide devotions. As a native of Kingston, Jamaica she loves travelling and entertaining along with enjoying family and friends.
We both have something to share, something to express and something to inspire others who are willing to do the same. We will continue to move forward with a genuine entrepreneurial spirit and passionate love for helping others and watching others rise. Our passion is for people and personal developmental learning that brings Joy and Love to all mankind.

MISSION
To connect like-minded leaders and entrepreneurs of the community to work together for the purpose of developing true entrepreneurship and business support. We strive to work in the Spirit of Ministry and Stewardship for communities and faith-based organizations throughout the nation. We pledge to unite individuals, groups and organizations so that true-networking and true-partnering can be established using network marketing platforms, universal training and leadership development. We support entrepreneurs and embrace products and services that enhance our communities and our spirit mind.
HISTORY
Spirit of A Dove, founded by Dr. Paul Reginald Siles and Sharon Siles started as a mastermind idea to bring people of color together in a format for business networking, community relationships and ministry development. We embraced the concept of The Black Wall-Street movement and created a forum for entrepreneurs, business professionals and students of networking to come together, explore new visions and connect by way of membership into our own association.
The year was 2013 that we launched the first annual “Spirit of A Dove Awards Show”. It was designed to showcase member businesses and services and welcome new prospects into the world of “True Networking”. Dr. Siles has brought a vast amount of years and experience into this association as an entrepreneur, minister, business professional, entertainer and author, showing people of various backgrounds that connecting with each other is a benefit for them as well as a benefit for their community. The association began, and our focus continues to be a movement that strives to achieve memories and appreciation for the world of networking.
The association is setup into various initiatives that will evolve as time goes on. We use the seasons as a guide: Spring (Our Annual Awards Event), Summer (Family picnic at Knoebels family park in Central PA), Fall (networking seminars and workshops for members and communities), Winter (Social fellowships and celebrations).
Our future strives to establish a University of Excellence (online and community-based platforms to teach, certify and empower entrepreneurship to all). We plan to expand our Awards show to higher levels annually until we reach our plate version of the of The Grammys, The Oscars, The Academy Awards. Our goal is to continue spreading the vision so that communities around the country will want to pilot a satellite forum with us and fully connect beyond all local boarders.
