King Travel Registration Information Form -- Each person must fill out this form and return. To all persons planning to travel with King the following information must be filled out completely and return ASAP along with your initial deposit to give you credit and confirm your space. Your trip will not be confirmed without this completed form. (one form per person)

CANCELATION POLICY: Once deposited, cxl penalty is $50 per adult on all bookings. Cruise fee of $125 per person will apply 90 days prior to travel, 50% within 60 days, full penalty within 30 days.
